Rosie Puente: Wellness Advocate & Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher
Hi, I’m Rosie Puente. I grew up in the quiet, peaceful town of Brentwood, a place that has shaped who I am today. As a teacher in this community, I’ve always been passionate about nurturing others, but my true healing journey began four years ago when years of unresolved trauma caught up with me. During this time, I stumbled upon practices that transformed my life. Trauma-informed yoga, mindfulness, and social-emotional learning.
These practices didn’t just help me heal; they became the foundation of my emotional and spiritual growth. They gave me the strength to rebuild my life, one step at a time. Inspired by their profound impact, I felt called to create a community where people could come together to heal, grow, and connect.
That’s when the idea of building a space grounded in these practices was born. A place where we could use yoga, mindfulness, and emotional growth to heal collectively. I believe in the power of a compassionate, trauma-informed space, where healing is not a solitary journey but a shared one. A space where people can be vulnerable, supported, and inspired to embrace their full selves.
As a teacher and as someone deeply connected to this town, I want to extend this mission to everyone, creating a future where mindfulness and emotional wellness are accessible to all. My goal is to create a warm, safe, and healing space for you, where we can all support one another and move forward with hope and understanding.

Bring Wellness to Your Party or Workplace
Bring wellness to your party, workplace, or group event with personalized sessions led by me. I come to you and offer yoga, mindfulness, meditation, or social-emotional practices tailored to your group’s needs. Whether it’s a celebration or team-building, these 30-60 minute sessions create calm, connection, and positive energy for everyone.
Athlete Workshops
These athlete workshops blend yoga, mindfulness, and meditation with practical tools like visualization, goal setting, and recovery strategies after setbacks. I also lead team bonding and communication exercises alongside stretching and movement practices to enhance performance and build mental resilience. Sessions typically last 90 to 120 minutes or can be adjusted to fit the length of your practice and your team’s needs.
One-on-One Wellness Sessions
I offer personalized one-on-one sessions including yoga, mindfulness, and meditation for adults, as well as social-emotional learning practices for kids. Each session is tailored to your needs and lasts 30 to 60 minutes, helping you or your child feel grounded, calm, and supported. Flexible scheduling and a gentle, trauma-informed approach make these sessions a safe space to grow and heal.
