Ingredients

  • Chicken Meatballs

  • Vodka Sauce

  • Ciabatta Rolls

  • Provolone Cheese

  • Olive Oil (for toasting)

  • Optional: Arugula 

Preparation

  1. Heat meatballs according to package.

  2. Warm marinara in a saucepan.

  3. Toast ciabatta in olive oil until golden.

  4. Build your sandwich: ciabatta, sauce, meatballs, mozzarella (if using), and greens.

  5. Serve with a simple side of roasted broccoli, green beans, or a fresh tomato + cucumber salad.
